They were so very poor, yet at the same time so generous that you again listened to your inner voice urging you to start the Tibetan Relief Project to help them preserve their culture and to distribute funding for food, clothing, education and medical needs. Congratulations, you have been very successful. You also photographed their weary faces etched in sorrow and, in your words, "bent over with the weight of tears yet full of joy given the least little opportunity." You love them and they love you.
