System components for all our floor jacks are constructed using technological y advanced machinery designed to achieve the highest level of precision. Extensions are fabricated using high-quality steel, with chrome coating on the external sliding parts, while the pneumatic parts are treated with an anti-corrosion process. The hydraulic circuit, built with holes inside the cylinder structure, guarantees a perfect seal against oil leaks. The rod scrapers prevent dust and other foreign matter from damaging the cylinder. The built-in safety valves eliminate accidental overloads and also prevent the load from dropping during an air pressure loss. A two-position lever on the handle controls the raising as well as the pneumatic vacuum descent of the jack. The low profile frame makes it easy to position the jack, while the total tilting of the handle on the frame greatly reduces the jack’s dimensions, requiring less storage space.
